Not familiar with the bike but obviously the seals will have to be replaced with heat. Make sure there are no aluminum or brass parts in there before the heating process. Those melt at a much lower temp than steel and will make the carrier/axle a permanent part. If just steel then o for it and get your self a seal kit.

Last ditch effort would be to cut the axle and remove the carrier and then press the remaining out

I have an Axis 500 made by Hisun.  I uses a solid rear gearbox with no differential action.
I would like to convert this to a true differential with locking ability.  I've searched all over trying to find a source with no luck.
Has anyone done this before, or know of a source?
      Thanks,  Tom

Hey everyone looking for a suggestion of where i can start looking. But first I'd like to explain what happened. Took the bike this morning got it started in 6 degrees celsius in 6-7 kicks? No choke. Drove 6km and when shifted to next gear bike decided to just shut off, stopped checked everything out seemed good, started first kick and on i went, drove maybe another 2km bike did same thing but this time it took me 10-15 kicks to get it started, on the third time after a kilometer decided not to start at all. Kicked it like a 450 a couple hundred times, nothing. So far checked gas is good, bypassed fuel filter and on/off valve to eliminate that problem, hot wired the kill switch in case something got corroded there. Nothing. Any suggestions would be welcomed. (Heard valve adjustment are a must do?)
