1985 suzuki 250 lt ef no power

It has no power and does not go as fast as it should what do i do?

Is the engine revving? Could be the clutches are worn and slipping

Yes the engine revvs but when it is at full throttle it sounds good then it gets doggy then it is fine then doggy

My Dad and me cleaned the carburetor and adjust the lean and rich screw on it and it is doing a lot better but it still is doing it a little bit

so you think it is the clutch?

No I had one that would rev up and the clutch would slip in the higher gears.
