2003 Arctic Cat 500 Auto TIS - Carb Probs

Hello all, hope someone can help me out. Just did an overhaul on this 500 TIS and I still have a carb issue. This is one of those carbs with two additional rubber diaphs in it. When ridding in H it seems to be starving for gas and quits all the time. When ridding in L it works better until you really need some power then same thing, starving for gas. I have all the settings per the manual. Can anyone give me a clue as to where I may need to make an adjustment?

      Hi all. I have a timberwolf 250 2nd that will not start.. I thought it was out of time bc the guy I got it from said it just quit on him. The tensioner had a nut welded to it and it was like2 teeth off. I installed new tensioner and chain and it still will not start. It has fire and it will not hit off brake cleaner. It has compression. Haven't put a gauge but I'm sure it will crank and run with what it has. I double checked my work and it's still in time. Spot on. Both valves move. I'm about to put a feeler gauge on them and I'll cone back but other than that any ideas?

      Good morning, checking in from Southern Ontario, I have 3 quads. 201 Honda Forman 450S, 2007 Suzuki King quad 450 and a 2021 Polaris 570 sportsman. My wife and I do a fair amount of riding but hoping to do more this year.
