Welcome to QC. I posted about this a little while back asking the same question @Ajmboy added a few links in in the post take a look. It seems that there are not a lot of places to ride these days. Hopefully this was helpful.

Anyone know of any campground with trails in Ulster county? my kids are taking a traing class and then we want to camp/quad.

So I picked up a new project. Going to need a littl engine work on the top end to fix a slight knock but it’s a great bike! Kawasaki 400 bayou 4x4! Needs a rear carrier rack but other then that it’s a completely orignal never taken apart or damaged bike. The rear rack was taken by somebody. Not sure yet what color or if I’m going to keep it stock but either way it’s getting torn down, cleaned and fresh painted frame etc. Pictures to follow soon of how it turns out !

Just wrapped up my newest rebuild project. Honda 300 fourtrax 4x4. Bike runs like a champ. Beat the crap out of it to see how it held up in the snow and weather. This was a “rescue bike” sitting in a junk yard not running and some beat up plastics. After a stator coil replacement and a little work this is what it looks like. Before and after. Looking for the next project!

Everyone I talk to on Long island usually says its getting worse and worse to ride in terms of riding areas. You can check out these clubs/parks http://www.moto1longisland.com/ and http://lirtc.org/ NY has a bunch of areas that are legal and some parks as you go away from NYC. It's nice if you can just find someone with land that butts up against state land http://www.tallpinesatvpark.com/ http://www.ride4wheel.com/ride.php?id=NY

So I’m looking to make 2018 an exploratory year for riding locations. We have a place up in the Catskills to ride and we love it. However we are looking to load up the bikes and gear and ride some new spots. Does anyone have some locations that are open to riders, trails etc that they can recommend. Whether it’s up north or on long island. We would love to hear from you! Any info would be appreciated Thanks. ✊🏻
