  1. GOOOOOD MOrning Valley of Fire Nevada! Leave the gambling behind and do something you can win at. (I don't gamble. Life is risky enough) Head north on US 15 a few miles to the State Park Valley of Fire.. A lot of history there. Prehistoric cave drawings. I hiked it but ATV's have great tours.

  4. Never shot a big a big bore. The 308 & M-1 are auto. That's a bolt action or falling block--i guess. that would put a shock trough my whole body even in a prone position! I cheat in the prone position i use a pillow. BTW The 375 is known for its "push" ....OoooHH..🫦

  5. You can buy a sand abrasive additive made by Drylock that you mix with the paint to give a non-slip surface. Lowes, Home Depot, and other places sells Drylock products.

  6. The rim guard is shown in your picture as the band around the tire to protect the rim from rocks. If you look at the rims on my machine, I don't have them. I bought this machine back in June and came with the Kendra tires, Better then the normal stock tires, but this is the "LTD" version of the Alterra so they come with better tires. (Normally the stock tires suck) They seem to be ok, but they are a bit rough and noisy on roads. I normally use Maxxis Bighorns on my other quads and although they are more expensive, I have found them to last the longest. I typically get over 6,000 miles from a set of Bighorns.

  7. It does look like the terminals will accept #10 AWG wire. Is the switch rated for the current? Usually winches come with a box that contains a set of high current relays to switch the polarity to the motor and then there would be a low current side to a rocker switch to select winch in or out. The manual switch you are showing does the same thing , One thing, where you plan to mount the switch box, you will have 4 #10 wires to the box so you may not want to mount this on the handlebar. 9. Tartanpion was looking at a Black powder revolver....herewith is a pic of my Pietta. It has been shot a lot because it is a lot of fun . I use the powder flask with a calibrated spout for pistol loading. The cap holder is handy as the nipples on the Pietta are recessed of course. This reproduction is a Navy Revolver, the 'New Navy Revolver has a frame that covers the cylinder on the top. My under standing I'm not an expert. Just hang out with the guys at the range and listen...LOL There is a ball extractor shown ...I never use that. Air compressor will take a ball out... But Damn, be careful that ball will shoot out and dent Granma's freezer in the garage.
