  1. Just joined. Been riding since grammar school and still going. I like to ride off and on-road "toys" and I don't care if it's import or domestic, if I like it, I ride it. I'm also factory trained tech for H-D and Suzuki. I currently work for a Chinese powersports dealership and there is little to no support from the makers and that includes any manuals or diagrams.

  2. I lived in Daytona for two years. I got a ticket riding in the dunes south of town. Nobody was around so I thought it was ok. This was in the 70's

Picture shows Coca Cola ...Cannot wait for the new Cane Sugar Coke...in Guatemala last year the Coke was so much better using cane sugar. And the Oreo cookies ..Unbelievably good..except they do not keep fresh long.

Gooood morning Red neck bar patrons of America…..Wow Friends and new friends last night The bar played all the great songs: …”When I pass by all the people will say,….Just another Guy on the Lost Highway.” H. Williams Sr. Great dance music ; BTW I can do the Vulgar Two Step…”With a broken wing she carries her Dreams .” M. McBride And of course the end of the night anthem...“But nobody wants to get Drunk and get loud, And all my Rowdy friends have Rowdied on down.” H. Wm Jr…AKA “Bocephus” (Playmate of the Gods , ancient Mesopotamia Archeology.)

  12. Yes the Kaw 1000 is too heavy for me. I have the suspension all the way down as the road is too far away from my seat...LOL

  13. Those are big touring bikes sunn. I had a 4-cylinder shaft driven yammy-hammy. It was really really quiet and being a 4-cylinder it was totally vibration free. Eventually I decided it was too heavy. That's when I bought the suzy-Q 650 Street bike. Half the weight and could cruise the highway all day with the throttle just cracked open My dad had a little Honda scooter. 1966 I think. Displacement was around 60-75cc but not sure. Definitely for pavement. I think he bought it from a neighbor for $50

  16. Yes, the angles do improve tongue stability. I used 1" x 2" steel tubing, not sure of the gauge. I'm sure there are professional welders in our group who would offer advice. the winch was an inexpensive $79 Harbor Freight but I really like the wired/wireless feature.

  17. FYI: I used a volt meter to test the stator/rotor output. Pulled the plug on the rectifier/regulator to access the 3 wires coming from the stator. The other 2 wires are 12v pos and negative so easy to identify the 3 stator wires, which are yellow on my Kowhockey. You should see around 30v AC not DC coming from the engine stator. Test all three wires to EACH OTHER not ground. Remember the stator puts out AC like an alternator. The rectifier converts the AC into DC to charge the battery. On my case the rectifier/regulator was bad, obvious because the 3 stator wires showed 30v AC

  18. You should see about 14.5 volts at the battery with it running if charging correctly. Thats assuming regulator and rectifier is working correctly, if higher than that regulator is bad.
