so I 99% of the time ride/race in full gear...pants, jersey, gloves and boots...I've slowly learned that I really don't enjoy wearing goggles. Especially when goign through mud/water.......dust they're ok with ...and I've decided that I hate Fox riding gear, nothing fits me and it rips/wears toooo easily. I'm sticking to my Thor and Girlyz gear!!!!

my husband has full coversage on his '08 450r...which costs us about $45/year....I need to get some on my 400ex...just haven't yet but now that I'm into racing more, I will be getting it soon!

So on our wedding day my husband and his best man rode in on their Honda 450R's....I wanted him to make just as much of an entrance as I did.....so we had pictures taken afterwards with the quads.... This is my favorite (my husband is 2nd from left, they one they're all looking at):

This is a picture of my husband and I on our 3 month anniversary (yesterday!!!!) at a Buddy Race in Cobb, KY....we had a great time, it was my FIRST HARESCRAMBLE EVER!!! And after all that mud, rain, hail and coldness, we still came in 8th out of 16 teams!!!! I'd say that's....Pretty Tough:smile:

Hey everyone I'm a born and raised upstate NYer but currently live in Nashville, TN...Oh I miss the country....I met my husband about 2 years ago and he got me into riding...he raced harescrambles so naturally I was impressed!!! I got my 400ex about a year ago and there's nothing better I love to do then go to the mx track or find some trails Someday I hope we get to go to the dunes......I've never ridden in the sand...and for those of you who have never gotten to ride in the mud...you're sooo missing out!! There's nothing better then buried knee deep in a mud puddle you thought you could make it through....and it's quite the laugh for the other riders too!

I LOVE Offroad Girls...I have two of their shirts and a pair of the sweatpants....super comfy...I definitely recommend them!!

I am originally from NY but live in Nashville, TN now.....I ride a pretty pink and black Honda 400ex that I absolutely love...I've only been riding a year, I started racing this past summer....I'm about to finish my very first motocross season But, I love the trails just as much....someday I hope I can ride in the dunes...everyone seems to love them so much!!!

I use a straightner on my hair and get it really straight and leave it down before I race...when I race I pull it back and use bobbi pins or barettes to hold down the fly aways....when I get back to the truck I pull the pony tail out and keep my brush on the front side of the truck...it may be too much work for some, but I love leaving my hair down, sometimes when I have it up I feel like too much of a boy Hope that helps!
