I haven't got or seen any deer this year, season runs into Feb 3rd. my brother got a real nice 10.

On most , engines the procedure is the same, rotate the engine by hand until either the intake rocker arm is loose or the exhaust rocker arm is loose. Then get feeler gauges with the correct clearance marked on them,, and put it between the valve spring and the tapper then loosen the lock nut, screw down the stud until you get a little resistance moving the feeler gauge back and forth, and while holding the little stud that taps the valve, tighten the adjuster nut. Repeat for exhaust valve .

Well, the plan was to pick up the Bayou today, we both had time to meet, I wake up this morning, swallowing over a big lump in my throat and and I can't breath or talk. I feel somewhat better now but we didn't meet up.😩

Crank it over with the spark plug out, that will eliminate any valve problems if it still cranks slow. then get your Multimeter on the right (12V) setting, and see what your battery reads, then take a reading while you crank it over.

Also try taking the spark plug out and crank it over. If you have a volt meter test your battery. We what the voltage is.

Did you adjust your valve clearance?

Yep, I shy away from buying any internal engine parts or stuff like that from ebay, i don't know why but i do.

Got the new ignition switch for it today from RM atv, gonna go pick it up tomorrow, our schedules didn't match up today.

What weight gear oil for this machine? 80w90?

One question, I know the 220 supposedly has 5 gears, is it auto shift or manual? Or does it depend on the year model.
