on the front diff itself??

Hey new to the forums, but I have a 2007 700 cat that when I activate the 4wd button I can hear the actuator cycle but I do not have 4wd. Any ideas on what I can look for??

I am having a problem of no front end engagement yet I can hear the actuator cycle. Any ideas??
