I would purchase an official kit, they usually come with a tube and airbox attachment to extend the air intake above the quad. I don't think they are too hard to install.

I haven't seen any for the prairie, you may be able to custom fit one for a brute force. I would contact - Bayou Snorkels

It shouldn't, as long as you do not leave the lights on when the machine off. Also make sure that they do not draw too much power from your atv. Get a basic 12 volt automotive set or an approved atv light set.

I think it should be @ the 200-210 PSI mark, but I'm not 100% sure. It sounds like the CDI box to me. How did you check it?
