  1. Impressive video! The trail looks well used. Who maintains it? Was it a spur for coal trains?
  2. Rocks! The next time you send pic show your off road riding, I am very cautious of Rocks i don't want to damage Foreman's undeside.
  3. Here is meat hook. The larger is a hay hook for square bales. The meat hook was inserted in the eye of a hog so two men could drag the daed hog to a scalding barrel. It was forge welded. I would probaby do better with a metal detector.
  4. Yes,Outhouse ....Maybe with an old Sears ,Roebuck catalog.
  5. He / (she i guess) looks formattable! bigger wheels than Foreman...lot of ground clearance.
  6. Root cellar....I have heard that term. I am sure a lot of ATV travelers Have found stuff....Tools a lot of tools. I bet.
  7. An Old building a distance off an abandoned road. It was actually the "fruit celler" of an old cabin where they stored apples, potatoes etc. Found meat hooks and snakes there. Old ruins
  8. I drag a strip magnet behind using a wire to attach it so only tail of magnet strip touches ground. I listen for a click it it hits something. However, I watch for signs that people have been in area like broken glass, obvious trail parking areas. Abandoned roads are the most common where I travel...These are roads that were horse and wagon traveled dirt or some corduroy roads and never maintained for 80 years.
  9. Butt $800!
  10. I have seen commercial truckers have magnets hanging in front of their front wheels when coming into mfg yards to pick up nails. I would like to get one of those to suspend behind Foreman.
  11. I travel a lot though open woods or privative abandoned road beds...tress without much underbrush. When I come upon areas where there is broken glass I stop and pick up or secure it. I also drag my magnet around to see what else is there. If there is a hollow tree I will stash glass in there or put in my Moose carrier. I am thinking about dragging my magnet. I can hear it "click" when it catches something big . My best find so far is a log chain and an antique stone lifter (Used to lift foundation stones on log cabins into place.)
  12. Dragging a magnet behind my ATV when going through the woods.
  13. What CC are the machines? Yours looks heavy. My foreman is 518 CC. I hear of guys with 800 CC atv's OMG that is a lot. Foreman carries me easily and has too much torque if anything
  14. Very nice pictures. Is tire changer fastened down? The edge of the rim looks pitted; however, the sealing surface is good
  15. OK...HaHA...We dress for guys Or at least most of us do..sometimes not so sure when I watch the news...LOL
  16. Kolpin Clamp rack holders. rotate 360 deg and clamp.
  17. Squirrel is tasty...add a Bay leaf when you fry it. Hunting Squirrel is great. Get in woods and go to sleep. wake up and they are there. Squirrel dogs used to be common for hunting squirrels. The squirels will come down and scold the dog. Florida wild hog is high on my list also . They eat acorns and have that nut taste .... I love that!
  18. My SXS Viking 700 is great.
  19. My front rack. The New clamps will hold my rifle. I would put it in a sleeve of course. Here it is with my pole saw. The clamps on My rack can swivel also . Made by Kolpin. I got them from local Quad /cycle dealer. Those guys are very helpful.
  20. Gwbarm....You sanded and removed rust on inside if rim. What paint di you use on the inside tire sealing surface area?
  21. The seat shaft (steel) is stuck in Fuji's aluminum frame. Heating the Fuji seat tube will destroy the paint. But WTH! I was planning on heating aluminum tube and pipe wrench twist the seat shaft and or hammer the shaft to break it loose. I opened up about 1.5 inch slot in aluminum tube and soaked with penetrating oil.
  22. Wow...impressive...But no cigar? I don't mean that the way its sounds you know one cannot say that ever since Bill Clinton. I did 8 laps around the track. I was trying to keep close to my pace car but brain said push the right foot down but my butt said NO WAY!
  23. I am going to try heating the aluminum seat tube shaft like they suggested when I take it back to FLa so someone can help me. Thanksgiving project.
  24. Foreman is a little jumpy in first gear,,, 518 cc 5 speed. very torquey . He has been fun to ride even though he likes to throw my butt around.
  25. "It"...Her truck is an 'It'...She is being nice and not putting a masculine name. Now me I use masculine names or things that are peculiar to men's habits like "always Ready" LOL BTW I did 146 mph at Daytona speedway. I would love to get SD out there. That was in a Toyota. The guy told me if the red oil light comes on hit the "kill Button" as the motor will let go and burn with me in it. I was strapped in so tight...They were a little over zealous strapping me in. LOL...I could not reach the Kill Button! The light flashed intermittently but WTH? I was at 75 MPH coming out of the pits into turn1.
