  1. I thought that was Michelle's . Your ATV is always clean. I had to hose off deer poo off mine yesterday.
  2. great pictures...His machines alway look clean and new?
  3. HaHa...My 2006 Crossfire convertible ...I can't tell you what I call him...S.D will do.....six speed man. tranny...has a compressor and fix a flat! That's why I have Pirellis runflats. We were doing 120 mph when he turned over 120 K miles on the odometer!
  4. Holy Plugs! Batman. That's amazing! You saved that guys day, The only tires I tired plugging were steel belted. I could not get the TIRE PLUG tool in. Interestinly on my sports car I had slow leaks. The tire was a Pirelli run flat. The dealer would not plug it "because it was a run Flat." I could not plug either. It had several thousand miles of tread left So kept airing it up and after a couple weeks it quit leaking. I just replaced all four with Pirellis run flat.
  5. That is good. I have tried plugging tires but do not have the strength. Men have strength to shove the tool in the hole. BTW I have Pirelli run flats on my sports car....NICE.
  6. Did you use a primer? Is this acrylic enamel paint? Did you use a filler primer?
  7. i have a trailer tire that was pitted and held air. but when new tire was insttalled it leaked. your arstrong tire machine paid off!
  8. what does the inside of the rim look like? Will you need to sand that smooth so the tubeless tire will seal?
  9. Deep ravine with small stream is a problem.
  10. I cut the trail with the gravely. Trying to get it ok so I can take Grandma back there on SXS. 20 foot deep Gulley is a problem.
  11. That's my teeth! ...a guy made that picture ....LOL
  12. GOOOOd Eve of All Saints Day...oooooh it's Halloween! Party Hard tonight!
  13. Yes the gravely for the money has been good. I have > $500 in it. However, with the dual wheels I installed it has terrific ability for one side to grab and it will throw me around! The DR mowers have steering controls ($3000) which sounds nice. Wood Ticks ! omg! Wear tight underwear! I am anticipating building a bridge across a deep ravine on the trail I am clearing that is why i need some serious winch capacity.
  14. Really..? That is a Gravely garden tractor made in 1960's ...I have serial number. I rebuilt the motor ...I am not a mechanic ; a parts replacer. new piston and cylinder etc. there is a gravely dealer in Spencer WV that specializes in original parts. Grandpa has one in FLa. also. They are a handfull to use. Especially since I added the dual wheels . Other than motor it's original. I am using it to brush hog Multi-floral rose in our woods. It will cut off a one inch sapling. Picture is web pic
  15. Here is my snatch block. It is not my only snatch. I have 1/4 inch steel cable snatch block. I also have a 2 inch wide rubber spool snatch block.
  16. Yes i also had soft strap looped through the serpentine belt that was around tree. I have a couple 2 " x 48" braided lifting straps that construction guys have given me. I keep them clean and use on trees "or clean things".
  17. I use them also like on the tree they don't damage what they are tied to.
  18. I have a couple of serpentine belts that i kept. They are excellent for tieing off and hitching.
  19. with the movable block at the gravely the winch had an easier pull. The snatch block has a 5 inch diameter pulley so not much strain there.
  20. Darn I was looking at snatch blocks but got Grandpa's Monster gravely stuck with wheels off the ground i a ditch. . Wheels completely off ground with mower deck and rear frame on ground. I only had the big snatch block, so i hooked the winch poly rope to Tulip Poplar tree and rigged running Block on gravely hitch , We always called that a simple moving block. The Gravely weights close to 800 lbs and it was a dead weight pull for first few inches as wheels were just hanging free. The Tulip Popular tree did not budge and Foreman drug him out. Foreman has a 3500 lb winch.
  21. Yeah using the remote i could weave the poly rope back into spool. It does not jam now. My friend had a 12 vdc tugger winch on his boat. It was like tugger winches used to pull cables through conduits but 12 vdc. those are great to use on long pulls but have not found an inexpensive one.
  22. OK I found one! The web site said it was for poly cable. The "spool' was flat in the bottom instead of round . But stressed ordering proper size based on poly rope.
  23. Speaking of winches...My 3500 lb winch easily pulled Foreman instead of the tree limb I had him attached to. Its a poly rope. I would lie to have a 'snatch block' that i could fasten the load to and hook winch to a tree (Runner block). The snatch block I have is steel. It is sized for a 1/2 rope. I guess it would not abrade the poly rope?
  24. When you pein the rivets they swell up and fill the hole. Really tight!
  25. BTW statistics show that most vehicle fires are from faulty electrical wiring...Usually from ad on accessories...LOL... I know you guys have stressed proper wiring a lot..
