My king quad 700 runs rough when cold then won't start some times but not often when it's hot. And occasionally smoke's a lot when it's cold I'm guessing that's rings but I'm worried unless it's causing the other problems All help is appreciated thanks

The readout screen on my 2006 Suzuki king quad 700 is fading out to the point where it is getting hard to see, especially on a sunny day. All the readouts are still there & working just hard to see like a dimmer switch is turned down low. Any ideas on what is causing this issue???🤔

Is there anywhere I can obtain forward control arms for this model since i'm running 29.9 - 9.5 - 14 Outlaw 2's. having an issue with them hitting the plastic near the footboards when i turn. yes, i'm aware they're large for that model, but when you get the tires for $300 and only 30 miles on them, you do what you have to do. Looking for advise to help with clearance. Already put a 2" highlifter lift kit and 1.5" spring spacers along with adjusting the coil springs to the last notch for less body rock and possibly more clearance.

Been working on this teardown for a while. Special tools are needed in a few key areas such as Flywheel puller, Crankshaft 52mm wrench, wet clutch puller, etc. I'm trying to get the wet clutch off now, and a few videos out there show it sliding right off. Mine isn't that easy. I measured the clutch's female threads and determined the puller spec needs to be 37mm x 1.5 LH Male. Anyone come across identical pullers from another mfg? The Suzuki tool is tough to track down and expensive for basically a slide hammer-type puller. Just need to figure out anther way to remove the wet clutch without applying too much pressure on the clutch plates to bend/break the plates or base. All thoughts are welcome to homemade tools. After this I need to cut out my own 52mm end wrench for the opposite side of the crank!

Hey guys new here. Im picking up an 05 King Quad 700 that runs but smokes so its going to get a top end rebuild. Some of the bigger thingsim unsure of is lining up the cams and timing when going back together i didnt know if anyone had a service manual i dont believe i can download them until ive made ten posts though. Or if anyone was able to walk me through the process or had a link to a step by step. Any help would be great thank you.

Hello guys, not sure I have ever posted anything here but I have an issue and was hoping someone who was bored and full of information can help me. these older King quad 700s are known for starting and stalling issues so I did the big fix, new quantum fuel pump, pressure regulator and a Kawasaki brute force .Well I screwed up, installed the new quantum pump, pressure regulator and Brute Force injector and although it did run a bit better, it still would stall out at too low of an idle so me being a dumbass decided to bring down the little brass screw on the right side of the throttle body that the butterfly touches, little did I realize this will completely throw off the TPS. In the service manual this is known as the fast idle screw, and it says do not touch this whatsoever, any advice?? , I need to know the exact thread amount on either side of this screw to get it back to factory setting, I screwed around with it a bit and as I did I adjusted the TPS into the center but now it rarely starts and when it does it idles too fast. Thanks anyone for any help, if anyone happens to have their throttlebody out or is able to pop off that little plastic cover on the right hand side a zoomed in picture would be awesome….!!.. max

Just bought 06 KingQuad 700 and first ride out hit a mud hole, not to deep and it shut off and would not start. Got it home and found the spark plug hole was full of mud and water. Went and bout a new spark plug and began cleaning it out. Put a deep socket in there and it wouldn’t grab. Took a pic with my flash and this is what I see. Any suggestions? And what is it?? previous owner said it had a new coil so that’s why I decided to change out the spark plug, also ordered new coil should be here by the weekend.
