I know this tooic has been addressed by many, I’ve looked through many forums and pages. I did not find anything like the problem i have. I have a 2007 Kingquad 450. I have a new fully charged battery. When i turn the key, the dash flashes and seems to struggle before getting fully lite. We can hear a small relay near the computer clicking, i think it is the fuel pump relay. When i turn off the engine kill switch and press the starting button relays click and all the power shuts off, i turn the key off, engine kill switch then start over, power is there. Atv will start with pull start, but not elextricly. if i try to use my winch, all power cuts and engine dies. Can anyone tell me what it may be? or has anyone fsced an issue like this before?

I'm fitting a new carb on my King Quad LTF300. From China. Only one I could find in UK. I think it should have 2 vacuum ports. The vacuum port for the petcock is silver coloured. I can feel the pulsing vacuum. Putting the tube to the petcock there operates the petcock100% perfectly. I can't identify the vacuum port for the fuel pump. The new carb is identical to the old EXCEPT that in what I think is the 2nd old fuel vacuum position is a brass upright port with a very small hole. When running, there is no vacuum I can feel and putting the fuel pump vacuum line there does not give a decent fuel flow - only a small trickle. Is this the fuel pump vacuum port - see photo? The carb came with a silver coloured screw-ended 1.5 inch long loose port in the box. See photo. Is it intended that you unscrew the brass port somehow and put in the silver one? I'd really appreciate your help At the moment I can only do 10mph in a stuttering fashion on the level! Andrew Devon UK and put in the silver one?

I’m trying to repair rodent hose damage to my 1990 king quad 250. Several hoses to the carb were destroyed. I’m going to replace them. The manual doesn’t provide a layout or description of what they do or where the hoses go. Does anyone know where I can find that info?

I have a 05 king quad 700 that runs fine when its cold. When it heats up high and reverse wont show up on the display and high will go to 15 mph then bog down.. Any ideas?

OK, sooo I finally did the old skid plate and screen removal to clean out my oil sump during an oil change... This bike only has a couple thousand miles on it. Runs like a top still... Very few issues over the years after buying it used. But boy I wasn't expecting to see this! Piece of a circlip, stuck up in the screen, and a another shard of metal and maybe a piece of gasket material. Nothing in the oil but that... Pristine otherwise, and still runs like a top. Always has. Soooo, is it a wrist pin clip? That's the only thing I can think of like this that could end up in there. But definitely wanted to throw it out to guys that have seen the innerds of these more than I have. The valves on this thing are still within the factory spec even. Been a really good lil workhorse... Any other ideas?

Hi there everyone. Just seeing if there is advice on a problem I have before I start digging too deep. I recently bought this creally nice 2004 King quad ltf300 with only 2400km.. Everything things works great except when engaged into 4wd or diff lock it has a clicking noise ( sounds like broken teeth etc) are the front diffs known to blow? Or the transfer from engine? I am yet to test on some loose ground to see if I'm getting drive at front . I will be driving in to find problem in next few weeks but thought I'd see if anyone might know what it is first. Cheers

Hi looking for help. My 700 fuel pump won’t cycle when I turn key on also my digital dash is not displaying anything it does light up yellowish but nothing else. If I pour fuel in the intake it will start for second

Does any one know the proper adjustments for all the jets in the carb., I just replaced all the jets and I'm getting a lot of backfire also it seems like it isn't getting fuel or bugs down while idling and or riding any help would be great. Thanks

Hello Everyone. I was just given a mid 90's King Quad. I got her running today. I have so many questions. I'm Tony from Florence Montana. It runs excellent. I need some advice on my 700 kingquad. I recently went out into some deep water (not sure if this is the issue or not) I did not submerge past the seat all the way, however I did wheelie out of it with the back end submerged for 5 seconds. I realized after I did this that you could hear the engine going up in rpm's but there was no power to the wheels after a point. You could only hear the whailing of the engine. Could someone lead me in the right direction... basic knowledge would be to check air filter, belt housing for water, spark plug. Otherwise I am at a loss. Thanks in advance!

Can any body tell me if you can start a kingquad with the pull rope and no battery?
