1997 Honda TRX 300 2WD Rear End Interchange

Was wondering if there was a rear end that was interchangeable with this ATV. I heard somewhere that the 350 foreman was, could anyone verify this for me.

It is a 97 model 2 wheel drive. I know the 4x4 and 2x4 are interchangeable,

Will not work. It's a entirely different breed all together.
