That is all based on traffic, back links, etc. It's difficult to put a value on niche site. I've seen that calculator before. It is amazing how much some of those sites are worth.

Here is one that values it at $13,650

Again, these value calculators base their results on traffic, page rank, linkks, relevency, etc...

If you have an overall community not specific to a certain niche, you will have more traffic, uniquie visits, etc...increasing the value on the calculator..

So, in my opinion, it is extremeley inaccurate.

Here is a great example of a site that is showing a value that is way below what it was purchased for and is worth. iATN - International Automotive Technicians' Network is an automotive technician's network that was recently purchased iATN Purchased by Identifix Parent - SEARCH-autoparts.com

The website calculator is showing the site worth $8,717

It was purchased for a allot more! :wink:

It's interesting though...how accurate or inaccurate it can be.

      I was looking to buy a new ATV. 
      I was debating between Polaris sportsman 450 and Honda rancher.
      Polaris it a bit cheaper.
      But can you tell me which one will have more demand on the used market? Which one will keep it's value better?

      How much it worth?

      Pros: looking decent.

      Cons
      No brakes.
      Front wheel bearings are shot.
      Idles, but sometimes will shot off. Most likely when cold.
      Gas smell and little bit steam in the air filter box when I started it.
      Display screen won't work.
      Tires are dry with cracks.


      Not sure if has title, I will check and update.

      Looking for insight on the value of my Honda Rancher

      As some of you know, I inherited a 2003 Honda Rancher ES TRX350FE and have spent some time cleaning, repairing, and performing maintenance on it.   I have yet to replace the broken breather tubes, but will get to that once I find a place that sells the tube in bulk.  I am waiting on a battery so I do not know the mileage or hours at the moment, but I know it runs well and starts right up.  It does need new tires though.
