My man and I have been workin on my 1997 warrior. We are tearing it down from top to bottom and have found some things to replace. One of those things is the swing arm....it is cracked on both sides at the welds. Are problem is that we cant free up the dang thing. The long bolt that holds it on at the top is stuck because the bearings have seized and caused a welding of crap to the bolt. We have tried bangin the hell out of it, pryin, everything....the bolt will turn but it wont budge comin out. we alredy decided we need a new one and are ordering it but my question is.....does ne one have ne other ideas on how to get this bolt out??????????? We are gonna try to add heat to it and see if that frees it, if not i think we may have to just cut it off at both ends....:aargh: Please ne suggestions would be great

I'm the "man" :laugh::laugh:

What a project this thing is turning out to be. Going to hopefully try some things later and get it out, if that doesn't work, we're cutting the thing off :)

Yeah I couldn't remember about the Warrior. I looked at buying on once but the frame was pretty bad and I didn't have the time or money at the time to be working on it. It was dang fast though.

      Hisun 700 EFI. Replaced TMAP sensor had broken off . Fuel pump pressure 41psi. The only way I can keep it running (and runs fine) is to close off fuel return line.

      I am trying to diagnose a no spark issue with my 02 Big Bear 400 and I am really hoping it is not a CDI.  I have done the test on the stator and I believe that is faulty.  I ordered a new aftermarket one from a the jungle website and it tested bad right out of the box so I am waiting for a different one to arrive from an ATV parts supplier.  I started looking out of curiosity at CDI units and it seems if it is for a big bear you are SOL.  Kodiaks, no problem.  Big Bear. No such luck.

      This thing came with a cheap aftermarket carb on it the problem I'm having is it won't start with choke installed into carburetor it will start and get run without it installed then bogs out after about 2 min run time I've checked timing , compression, checked valves for proper clearance , also did a smoke test for air leaks found none.

      I recently picked up a  2000 warrior 350 and it doesn’t have the air filter box so I was thinking about using a clamp on filter directly on the carb.  Anyone know what I need to get or where I can find it? The one I ordered goes in the box and won’t fit directly on the carb.

      So now this "new to me" Kowhockey has ANOTHER problem. Replacing the rectifier cured the charging problem, rode around for a while, Yahoo!.. but this morning it wouldn't start, hmm 🤔 checking for spark, nuttin.. CDI igniter module bad. It's not the coil because when the key is turned off the spark knocks me down. Glad I got this old quad cheap because I'm replacing lots of electrical parts. Also found 3 blown fuses in the toolkit. 😭
