hello everyone, i am new to the forum and into building old four wheelers; mainly for the challenge of making something run that no one could get running. Already gotten a 2005 Polaris 90 up and running for the kids, it still needs some plastics but hard to come by these days. Now I have a 2000 polaris sportsman 335 I am working on that has been chewed on by some animal and half of the wires are missing. the wiring is gonna be crazy to figure out on this thing. wish me luck and look forward to the forum discussions .

I am trying to rebuild an engine for a '97 Kawasaki Prairie that I recently picked up. There is one head bold that just won't let go. Nothing I do seems to make a difference. I have been putting penetrating lube on it for two days straight and I am afraid it is going to break on me. What is your best advice for getting the sucker out? I have tried a rechargeable impact, a pneumatic impact and penetrating lube.

Does anyone use GPS, whether on a device or app to record their ATV trail rides? I have been thinking about a section where our members can upload let's say a .gpx file and share their rides on a google map for others to see where there are riding areas. Not sure if this is something of interest or how much it would be used, so just trying to get an idea.
