2007 Suzuki King Quad 700 Stalls When Fan Turns On

Hey I have a 07 king 700 there's lots of times that the quad will stall when the fan turns on also have to bump motor 2 or 3 times before starting to start it (makes fuel pump go on 2/3 times) anyone having or had this issue?

Sounds like an electrical issue off the bat, Check your battery terminals first and condition of battery. Make sure no oxidation and clean connection. Might be an issue on load when the fan kicks on.

While I have an 05, it does the same thing.  About a year ago, I had the top end rebuilt, but that has not stopped it from continuing to do the same thing.  I would love to hear someone offer an answer to this.  I only have about 170 hours on mine, as I don't use it to fun ride, but to work.  We can hope someone has an answer.

Yeah I checked the battery and connection and it's all good but I feel just the start of the fan pulls to many amps and makes the spark weak and it dies (compression blows out the spark type thing)

Has anyone put a programmer on theirs and did that get rid of the issue?
