thinking of getting back into riding use to race 10 yrs ago but quit at 40 now im 50 still like to go fast but not gonna race but was wondering what mos you can do to either one i like woods rideing fast thats why im leaning towards the renagade but it also be nice to push snow lol

Well why not Renegade ro ride the woods AND plow snow? I've had the Can Am alpine plow since 2017 and love it, the amount of snow it moves is unreal and the Renegade has plenty of power and weight to move it. Mine is just a 800 but I've never had any issues. Great machine!

I'd lean more towards the Outlander.  They will haul as* and still have fenders to keep you from getting hosed every time you jump off in a mud hole.

Since this picture the wife has added a rear rack (Can Am official), replaced the hand guards and added fender flares for the mud. For our neck of the woods, this XxC hauls butt through trees and the Fox shocks have soaked up everything we've thrown at it.

KFI winch plate nicely accommodates a Superwinch Terra 35

and the Can Am plate for the plow we just leave on year around and in the picture below shows how flush it sits with the belly.

I would choose the Outlander.  I have an Outlander 1000 with a plow.  It has tons of power and as mentioned the fenders are nice. It moves a lot of snow, but when the snow is too deep, it does struggle with traction.  Tire chains would help.  For me, when the snow is that deep, I get the skid steer out, lol.
