1994 Yamaha Timberwolf 250 4x2 Barn find

Just picked this bike up for my 9 year old son.  Wasn't run for 10  plus years.  Not a crack in the plastics.  Paid 1200 Canadian for it.  Needed rear bearings and seals and a drive shaft boot.  I also put new tires on the back.  Where these good bikes? Thanks

I am a Honda guy, but in  my opinion you can't go wrong with any of the machines made by  Honda, Yamaha or Suzuki in any of their 2 or 4 WD  versions. Looks like a great find if the internals are as clean as the exterior.

I grew up with one exactly like that. I loved how light it was (very easy to pick up over fences and out of mud holes.) I bought my 11 year old one last year and he loves it.
