Just joined the Forum. I use the 6x6 for work at property several hours from where I live. It has been a really good UTV for what I use it for.  Having to do more & more repairs and parts replacement. Being that I can only work on it when I travel to the farm, I need to diagnose, the order parts to install on a subsequent trip.  Hoping to be able to get advice, tips, lessons learned from QUADCRAZY Members. . I have am trying to learn how to do diagnostics, proper repairs, proper parts replacement, etc. At some point, I would like to purchase another 6x6 and get it in great shape as well. If any of you have a Ranger 4x4 or 6x6 800 EFI, I would be pleased to hear from you. Certainly would like to pick your brain regarding current issues I'm having. Thanks in advance.

My latest issue is with the engine revving wildly all by itself. For now I'm assuming its a bad TPS sensor or connector. Ordering a TPS sensor from Polaris is $250+.     Should I use only the OEM TPS Sensor or is there a good aftermarket sensor that will work just as well for a lot less $$$.               Looking to purchase a Diagnostic Tool. Found a CHECKTECH POLARIS Diagnostic Tool online at OTBPOWERSPORTS. Anyone familiar with the CHECKTECH and have comment or have advice about a different brand?         Thanks again.

I’m looking for a top end kit for a Yamaha. I would like to see how well the engine runs before spending $6-$7 hundred on oem. Niche has complete kits from $1-$2 hundred.  Anyone have experience with Niche or similar Chinese companies?

Hello, what is the best method for installing bearings into their race? I've set one in place and tapped it down until it was metal on metal. Is that sufficient? Surely it's not supposed to go into the race until flush? Also. does the coil spring on the seal go into carrier bearing housing not facing out? Thanks! 🙂 Seal goes in until flush correct?

      Hello there
I'm having a problem finding a quality carburetor for a 1993 Suzuki Quad Runner lt-f 250 2x4. I find a lot that have 3-4 star ratings. And all so far don't have the right throttle Cable inlet at the top. The last one I got 4 star on Amazon has a threaded cable sheath rest that could be partially drilled to work. I would prefer to get one I don't have to modify. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

      Hey all!
I'm on a mission to buy my first UTV soundbar as a gift for my dad(a newbie on ATV). I'm aiming for something that offers great sound quality without breaking the bank – my budget is around $250. Right now, I'm considering options like ecoxgear, kemimoto, and boss.
Does anyone have experience with these brands or specific models that you'd recommend? Any advice or suggestions would be super appreciated!
