Have an axis 500 bought from Lowes.. Have had to adjust the shift linkage  1/2 doz times in the last year.. Now the UTV is stuck in neutral.. Seems to shift ok through gears but neutral light never changes, and wont move at all when running.

Only have 13 miles on this 4x4 and have had no other problems... Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thx,  Jay

I'd disconnect the cable at the engine/box and try moving the lever down there to see if it goes into gear, then if it works ok down there I'd look at the cable and top-end shift lever and mechanism..  Nothing in the transmission should be wearing or needing that much adjustment..  It's almost certain to be in the cable or fittings..  something bending perhaps ?

I am having  the same problem 😕

I am not sure what cable you are referring to.  When I had engine apart everything  seemed to go back ok..... I worked shifter by hand and gears seem to operate as expected????....but when put back no go......shifter feels correct  and lights all work??.

Any direction  appreciated.

What was going on that you had to adjust the shift linkage so much with only 13 miles on it. You might have overadjusted it i would try going back toward the factory setting not all the way back but just in that direction and see if anything changes. Adjustment may be so far out that it never gets out of neutral or the machine thinks its not out of neutral, and not letting it shift.

I am new to this site. I have a 1987 Suzuki LT230S Quadsport I think. Is there a difference between quadsport and quadrunner?

      Hello All
I'm kinda new to ATVs. I just bought a 1987 Suzuki quad runner 230 Dual Range. I'm having a problem finding info on it. It's very clean, only 2.800 miles. The front wheels are only 30 in.center to center. I was thinking about adding wheel spacers to give it more stability. I realize the added stress on ball joints and bearings. I'm wondering if there are any other concerns? Any input is greatly appreciated!

So we are almost a month into winter and I've been so busy working on my house that up until today, I didn't realize that we just haven;t gotten any real snow yet to warrant putting the plow on my grizzly. So that got me thinking, what are the latest plows out there and what ATV plows are the best? I've got 2 snow plows for my grizzly, a quadboss pile driver atv plow set up and a snowsport ATV plow. They are both a bit dated now and I tend to stick with the snowsport due to ease of use and I just like it so much. So if you have a plow on your ATV, please let us know what it is and post a picture with your atv/plow would be awesome. Would also like to know what you like and dislike about it.
This is back a while when I did a write up on these 2 plows.... in 2009 I got the snowsport and in 2012 I got the quadboss.
