Check around, talk to race car drivers , talk to drag racers , people with street rods and etc. Call shops ask what they can and can't do.

By the way change your avatar. Its pretty hard to take you seriously with a picture like that.

I am familiar with Flotek, I know the guy from another forum, his name is Denny, he has a reputation for doing good work and has good prices. He is in PA, I don't know for sure if he does cylinder boring or honing, but here is a link to his website, shoot him an e-mail and ask him.
