I took my grizzly 700 apart for a complete tear down cleaning and repainting of the frame, frames painted and its all ready to go back together but my bolts bin didn't quite work now I kinda don't know where they go and need to know. I have the service manual but it doesn't explain in lamans terms what bolt goes where so can someone help me out?

What year is your Grizzly? I removed your email from your post. If you want help, you can receive help through this thread, from our members.

What are you stuck on? I don't think you will find a manual to cover each bolt.

* Adjusted thread title to include your atv.

You may get lucky if you can get access to a parts manual, they will give a picture breakdown of all areas and the bolt part numbers may list the size of the bolts in the discription part af the parts book. You could just match up size for size as per the parts book pictures. Next time, I find it best to zip-lock bag all parts with each item, write the description on each bag, as well, digital pictures are free, so take a pic of everything one step at a time before and after each item is removed, then just assemble in reverse order of your pictures. Fool proof....have fun

I prefer the memorization method, I have a very photo graphical memory. It comes in handy for times like these! Sorry that probably doesn't help. Check out stadiumyamaha.com they (and many other websites) have online EPC's or Electronic Parts Catalogs' that break down each category and bolts and stuff like that. Where as they don't have specific bolt sizes, they do have diagrams of what goes where. I'm sure you will have some luck with that.

Hello everyone, I have a 92 honda trx350 I just picked up that has a bent section of the frame where the rear of the seat would clip into place. It almost looks like a tree or something heavy fell on it. Its a fairly deep bend, if that makes sense. It like a V instead of straight. What are peoples goto methods for straightening a section like that?

(Question is at the end if you want to skip my blabbering) I got this unbelievably well taken care of Grizzly 350 in for a carb clean, it belongs to an elderly couple that bought it brand new in '07. Apparently whoever has been doing their oil changes for them never checked the air filter..
Obviously it got debris in the carb, it would still run but only idle with slight choke. I've taken it apart and cleaned it, have new o rings, gaskets, etc. As far as the mixture screw is concerned, I'm assuming I obviously need to remove the plug. I'm mainly a lawn equipment guy, I've worked on slide carbs in the past but never an unmolested one with the plug still intact. I hate to mess with it as the carb had very little debris but I'm sure the o ring needs to be replaced at minimum. Finally, the question: what's the best way of removing the plug? I DO NOT want to mess up this carb..

My 2004 Yamaha Grizzly 660 seat is a mess, torn up, cracked, and I have been duct taping it for a while.  I bought new vinyl for $35 and need to do it one day. A new seat used to be well over $250 but now its under $100 so I couldn't resist. I got it on ebay with a 10% off coupon for $85.05 plus tax. https://www.ebay.com/itm/146040022154
In case anyone is looking for a new seat for their Yamaha Grizzly 😁

I saw it on Amazon as well for under $100

I have Grizzly 700 that has been pretty much totaled out in a bad accident, but it will still run and drive good...
Will this engine swap into any of the Yamaha UTV's like thr rhino and Viking 700's?
Was just going to sell it as is for a engine for someone who needs one pretty cheap..but been thinking about getting a UTV for the family and maybe find one with a blown engine cheap and swap it out
I already an excellent shape 2001 Big Bear 400 4x4 for us..but kinda been looking for a good used UTV for us and the grandkids on our property to play with
Not sure of the year..i can't remember what year it was when i picked it up for a buddy a few years ago..he went to jail after he totaled this thing and told me to pick up a few things at his house he was renting and just keep them for myself since he owed me a bunch of money before the landlord sent them to the dump...
The first picture is when i went and picked it up for him..second is how it is now..frame is all twisted up and plastics are fubarred..going to sell the rims and tires.they stick out way too wide on my Big Bear
