Conrats, that's a nice house! Plenty of garage space for the toys! Is this your first house? If so, are you going FHA or conventional mortgage? Is there still a tax credit? I bought my house last year and this year got an $8k credit.

That was one of the requirements for a house we buy. I had to have a 3 car garage. Now I can fit all the toys plus Kristin's car.
