2006 Can-Am Outlander 800 Overheats

Check the following:

Remove the Radiator and clean it. Use a flashlight to shine thru the backside and make sure you can see light through all the fins.

Add new coolant and make sure there is no air in the system.

Now leave the cap off and rev the engine you should see the coolant disrupt the surface of the coolant in the radiator with the cap off (kind of like a ripple effect) if not maybe you should make sure the pump is working.

I would also change the pressure cap if any of the above does not work.
