Hey guys, Sorry its been forever since I last logged in. I finally got these mounts installed today. This was not an easy installation for my particular application. So I ordered the mounts for the 7/8"s bars I have because I really like the bend and they were relatively new. Well come to find out that the adapter bracket for the polaris models spreads the clamps too far part for the bottom bend on my bars. So right away I had to buy new bars today. Would have ordered the fat bar version if i saw that coming.

The other issue I ran into was the head light bracket. Since the Scramblers have bracket that mounts under the handle bar clamps, I had to drill two new holes for the single stud clams. After it was all said and done, it was about a 6 hour install for me. Still have a few things to work out, but overall I like them so far. I have a poker run with a 50 mile trail ride this weekend. I will let you guys know how they do.

Hey guys,

Sorry it's been so long again. Here are some final pics of the install. You can see in one of them where the headlight bars still need to be mounted. They are sitting right under the new mounts, so I need to tweak them a little a drill new holes. If I had to do this over again, I will still get the mounts, but go with fat bars instead. That way I wouldn't have to have the cross over and I could use the supplied mount pad/dust cover. Great product though. Nice that my arms are less tired after a ride.

I just bought a 1984 Suzuki LT185 ATV and am looking for the OWNER’S manual. ( not a service manual)
I contacted Suzuki Canada but they have no paper or digital copies in their archives.
Does anyone possibly have a digital copy they’d be willing to share?

I am trying to diagnose a no spark issue with my 02 Big Bear 400 and I am really hoping it is not a CDI.  I have done the test on the stator and I believe that is faulty.  I ordered a new aftermarket one from a the jungle website and it tested bad right out of the box so I am waiting for a different one to arrive from an ATV parts supplier.  I started looking out of curiosity at CDI units and it seems if it is for a big bear you are SOL.  Kodiaks, no problem.  Big Bear. No such luck.

I have replaced the cracked stator cover on my non-running 2006 LT-F400F that I purchased recently, checked all the shafts vs the service manual and pics and advice here.  I replaced missing gears, bushings and washers, made sure that truth marks were all aligned properly, that the shift cam springs felt like they returned properly, etc.  IAfter installing the new stator cover I checked the transfer lever for proper movement from L-H-R and then cranked it up.  Happily, it runs and changes gears well in L,  but it will not shift into H or R for anything.  I have opened it back up and am going back through it looking for the missing puzzle piece(s) but how can I best check that I have everything right this time before buttoning it back up?
