Here's one on ebay for $100. Not all years interchange, but if you go to cheapcycleparts.com and look up the part number for yours and the one for sale, it will tell you if they are the same part number and will therefore interchange. If that one for $100 fit, IMHO grab it. They don't come up real often. Usually by the time you need one, so does every other one made that year unless it was garage kept and babied. In which case they probably aren't parting it out, but still driving it.

Most years the KingQuad and LT-4WD (or 250 Quadrunner 4x4) will use the same muffler.

Have a high heat issue on the right side panel on my 2021 cforce 400, as complained about by the wife.
My heat gun shows after 15 minute ride in ambient 91 deg temps;  690 degrees on front end of muffler close to entry pipe and 375 on exit side of muffler.  The right side plastic (where wife's leg would touch) was showing 175 degrees.  This is rediculous!.
As I understand the muffler has a built in catalytic converter which obviously kicks off high heat particularly at front end of muffler, but the heat is atrocious.
What is everyone doing about this problem?  Is there a replacement muffler to eliminate this issue?

The family has two quads and have been asking where to ride around here- we are about 70 miles north of spokane and looking for places that are nice to go visit for beginners.
We have a 2003 Polaris sportsman, and a 2004 Artic Cat 2-up (I forget the size)

I'm wanting to try and get the machine on blocks. I just want to verify my AWD is working. How do most of you go about doing this. I want to be safe since it will be in gear with hopefully, all wheels spinning. Thanks! 🙂

Hello folks, I have a Polaris 500 Scrambler. Not positive I need a new battery.  The folks I got the ride from said they put a new battery on it right before selling it to me. It's been a couple cold months before I tried starting it. After jumping it now, I let it idle plus revved it quite a bit for about 20 minutes. Then I shut it off and tried to restart barely turns over and that's it? Am I not giving it enough charge time maybe need to actually ride it? The battery on it is a Continental CTX9-BX. I lf a new battery is needed would maybe Amazon have a decent one? Thanks!
