1999 Polaris Sportsman 500 - Creeps Forward At Idle

My 1999 Sportsman 500 since new has had very few issues during the 16+ years I have owned it so it has been a fantastic machine!

The problem showed up a number of months ago during hunting season and in essence once you start to ride it and then stop, it wants to continue to creep forward and makes it difficult to shift gears and there is a bit of grind when you do.

Runs fantastic and seem to be no other problems with power to the wheels in 2WD/4WD so the only time you notice it is when you stop and especially if you need to change gears.

I am looking for a starting point on where the problem could be.

      I am unable to find a wiring diagram for this UTV.  When I turn the switch to on, the contractor does not engage.  The Brake pressure switch and the parking brake switches work correctly. What else should I be looking for?  All of the diagrams I have found are for newer models and the wire color coding is different.

      99 Bear tracker no neutral or reverse light or start button

      Just getting into this issue really. Been replacing solenoids but now I'd like to track down the problem. This time I'm not getting neutral/reverse lights or start button. Was on a creek ride when it started doing this recently. It cranks by arcing the solenoid and gives me no light or start button but if I crank with the pull cord....the neutral light and the button work. Turn it off and try to crank with the key and nothing. I'm looking into the safety switch issue tomorrow and re charging the battery. Just figured this was odd enough of a problem that you guys might be familiar. Thanks

      Suzuki LT185 electric start question

      Just picked up an 84 LT185 ATV, I understand there was an accessory add  on that gave it electric start, anyone have any info about that kit?

      2008 400 big bear was running now will not start
      have power to relay, in neutral, press start have power to starter but nothing happens starter does not turn
      i have good ground at battery to frame and added ground from wire harness to frame beside batter/ frame ground
      blue white wire to cdi has power with key on
      I believe the neutral lock out is working since is was before i shut it down
      if i put  it in gear and hit the start button with key on the relay does not click or send power the starter
      The 3 wires at the relay have power with key on
      What should i test next?
