I don't own a utv but I do think they are getting more and more popular. They are also getting very stylish. I like the RZR peronally, and if I ever get one, I would probably get that.

We have two: A Rhino, and a RZR. They are fun to mess around on, but overall I like the quads better. Sometimes it is fun to go and having someone next to that you can laugh with!

i had a polaris ranger and thought it was over rated an over priced ... most of the trails are not wide enough and its long wheel base makes it easyer to bottom out ... ill just stick with the quads ...

I thought the same thing as the trails I ride in are barely wide enough for a 4x4 atv. I have to.admit the artic cat is wicked looking

      Hey all, just posting to introduce and get ball rolling on the required number of posts to download a freakin manual. Recently picked up an 86 LT230S for $800, runs OK and kids having some fun on it so far, but it needs some work. I did an oil and filter change, other than a rough idle it's not bad, ordered some new front tires as those are thrashed, and getting left rear looked at as it has a slow leak and was somehow mounted backwards! Not sure how that happens and nobody noticed. Anyway, yeah sure I'll be posting more specific questions as I get into it, hope to just have it solid enough for kids to rip around at grandpas.

      I've been using Valvolene 10w 40 ATV oil but, it's like $8.00 a quart. Is that about the going rate? Or is there cheaper alternatives that would be suitable? Thanks

      I am in the process of puting it back together after replacing the DPS gearbox.
      The manual I have states that it will need to be flashed by a dealer. Is this still true?
      Also , I have a mystery bolt That I cannot remember where it goes. M6x 70 or so.  Hex head with a flat washer.I will try to attach a pic.
      Pic is no go for now....Cox issue I will try again later
