1986-2006 Kawasaki Bayou 300 Service Manual

Yeah I am having problems with my Bayou. Have no idea what year it is. Can't find the VIN. theres no spark. I replaced the stator,pickup coil,CDI and the coil itself. Still nothing.

I am having problems with front brake pads not releasing. Any idea what is causing this?

I am having a  problem with the head & tail lights on my 1999 bayou 300 4x4. I turn on the switch and no lights, any ideas as where to start looking? 

What is the tork for the wheel nuts on my 1999 bayou 300 4x4? My owners manual only shows location of bolts and nuts but not the tork specs.

Thanks for this manual too, I have one of these machines sine my Dad bought it new in 1986, tough machine.  If anyone needs some info out of this manual let me know, also have a simplified wiring diagram.  Bellarmine
