That is overloaded by 400 pounds Not counting the trailer weight. That will damage the axle real quick. A single axle can only handle 3,300 pounds max. If I had to guess, I would say the trailer weight is around 800 - 1,000 pounds. (frame plus the deck) If you want to load a SxS and an ATV on it, you have to make it dual axle.1 point

The frame is 2 x6 box tubing. I am concerned about the amount of rust inside the tubing frame. However, when I loaded the Mahindra the tongue was on the ground as shown and the trailer frame did not sag much as I backed on and then unloaded. I like the front ramps i made. Loading from the trailer with long ramps at the back of the trailer is scary to me.

It does sound like timing, does it blow gas out the carb or just smoke, put your hand over the carb inlet while turning it over you should feel suction on your hand as it approches the firing stroke then it will let go and you will feel it again, it you feel a weird pressure against your hand trying to blow it off the carb something is not right.1 point
