It could be the air/idle screw is turned in too much-not getting enough air to the carb to allow fuel to flow efficiently, otherwise would look to clean the carb once again, make sure the fuel screw is set according to manual/specs...

Possibly if it’s not getting enough fuel—but should still fire and run for a lil bit

Always looked like fun—grew up on dirt bike, wheeling looked like a way good time, plus needed something to tool around on at my new house that sits on a couple acres. I ride/use it all the time—be hard to imagine not having one now...

A repair manual would show you how to test the coil —primary and secondary, along with the spark plug wire...not sure what the readings are suppose to be, but would just need a multimeter and manual... also could be a wired is getting to hot—shorting out after ran for bit

I’ve also had a issue with valve—turned ever so slightly can make a huge difference on aftermarket petcocks—after you cleaned carb, I would see if adequate fuel is coming out of petcock before installing the fuel line back on. And not a bad idea to install a fuel filter between new petcock and carb...

Just wondering how does one modify my wheeler to be able to go creek riding?? Air box? Breather tubes? Anything special for wiring components? Simple mod?? Or is there such a thing??

Also, the fuel pump is not engaging...where do I start? I pulled the chassis relay and get a clicking noise...also when that relay is in—you can feel it clicking—do you think it’s a bad relay? Or could it be wiring somewhere?

no spark, I put a new plug in and still no spark... I took a look at kill switch-jw if there is support to be bb in between the 2 metal spring loaded pieces? And other suggestions? I don’t know what the coil, plug wire, or cdi is supposed to ohm out at?? Repair manual? Where is cdi located?? And is there supposed to be a green wire coming off of coil? HELP!!!’

I had the bike running perfectly fine, my buddy took it for a little ride. After he got back he hit the kill switch and forgot to turn the key off. We went to grab some food for about an hour. I went to start the wheeler up again and it didn’t start. I obviously switched the kill switch to run. It turns over but won’t go. I Pulled the spark plug out and threw a new one in, been in there since I bought it. Tried starting again and still got no spark. Where would I start troubleshooting this issue?
