Noticed the same on my 300 KQ, could be the adjustment of the shoe ratcheting mechanism, or just master cylinder issues. My solution is ditch drums altogether.

Interesting, usually Suzukis are easy to figure out whats wrong

I never use gps while riding just because there is something about getting lost in the woods on a bike that lets you escape from the world for a bit. Obviously don't get lost literally haha.

Suzuki all the way....I'm sure after 2010 they have probably become just like their over-complicated counterparts.

Needed lots of TLC, which it's getting. Runs pretty good, a bit rich but not bad.
