So not sure how there was no oil in the case but currently into an engine rebuild due to running it dry. Luckily the damage was a lot less than it could have been. The worst of it is the connect rod as it got hot. The piston was seized onto the piston pin. Trying to get it loosened up to get some new parts in here. Would anyone reuse this connecting rod?

Has anyone tried the aftermarket carbs for a Polaris Sawtooth/Phoenix? I am trying to decide on a rebuild kit or new carb.

Bought it new for my son. Pretty unhappy. Very very very lean at idle. Then there were a few things the dealer should have done during assembly including choke cable adjustment and rear brake adjustment. I'm going to drill out the tamper proof plug and adjust the idle/air screw to see if that helps.

Need help with a 2007 polaris phoenix 200 no spark new cdi,new ignition coil,checked resistance on pulse coil and stator,not getting power to start button now guessing the solenoide went in all the testing not sure.also have three ground wires to battery is this normal or..?

I have recently purchased at 2006 Polaris Phoenix and I need to replace the CDI box. Does anyone know if the CDI box off a 2005 model will fit the 2006? Thanks

I've bought a used 2007 Polaris Phoenix 200... it's in pretty good shape... but after it starts, warms up, a few minutes of my son riding around yard it will die... it refuses to start back until the next day, then same thing again... I've seen this is a problem but haven't found any real answers... my son is driving me crazy to get him back riding... any help is greatly appreciated...

Hey Quad crazy! Back again. I recently picked up a Polaris Phoenix 200 that was sitting around in someone's yard exposed to the elements. Bike #6 I may add 😁 As is with all the bikes I buy and fix up and add to my building collection I need a little help with the tech manual for this bike and any input from someone fimilliar with this bike. I'm sure it's going to need a carb rebuild and the usual suspects from sitting around but this is a cool looking bike and would like to hear any feed back good or bad. Also any links to buy parts for this bike would help as it needs a new headlight assembly and some small cosmetic items. Thanks.

Picked up a Phoenix 200 yesterday with no spark. Have not had a chance to do any diagnosing yet. I am curious if anyone has had any common "no spark" issues with these machines before I tear into it. Thanks for any help
