Hi my name is Travis and I live in South East MO and love my atv, it is a 05 Brute 750, with a H.l. 2"lift kit, 2"wheel spacers, H.L. 29.5 outlaws, H.l. Super duty clutch kit, Dyna jet jet kit, H.L. ecm power pac module, And full snorkels and radiator relocate. I race in competition and ride just for fun.       Looking for Quadrunner Flywheel Starter Clutch Gear race diameter

      Hi all, 

      I am wondering if any of you have a Clutch Starter gear from a 1988 era quadrunner 250 sitting around that you could get me a precise measurement of the outer diameter of the race the sprag engages onto, for me? I need to machine a damaged race down and install a hardened sleeve and need that measurement (it's on a different gear than the OEM one, so I can't buy and use a OEM gear).

      Greetings to all.  New to the forum, but not to ATVing.  I started when they only had 3 wheels!  Getting back into riding.  Polaris 850.  Too many bells and whistles, but what do you do.  Scouting out places to ride legally now.

      Just picked up a 2025 Yamaha Kodiak 700 fixing to do a EPI Clutch mod to it since I dropped bigger tires on it !! Air box , exhaust , and programmer next !

      1990 fourtrax 300 no power no lights

      I have a 1990 Honda fourtrax 300 2x4
      I rode the other day for 30-45 min. Switched it off and now it is completely dead..
      battery is fully charged, fuses are good . WILL NOT TURN OVER ,
      headlights won't turn on , No neutral, reverse or oil temp lights . Electrically it is completely dead !!! I replaced the key switch and CDI box , STILL NOTHING.
      I bypassed the neutral safety switch and grounded it to the battery and still nothing !! I used a jumper wire on the starter Solenoid , the motor will turn over but not start . I even bypassed both fuses and straight wired it to see if I could get a neutral light or headlights still nothing . What could it be ?
