Hey chop, I asked a guy I know who has tons of atv parts he’s in PA but ships all over the place. He will take a look and let me know. If he does I will put you two in touch.

Why the need for a new one ? Beyond repair?

I’m assuming you checked eBay ?

You rebuilt it, ok got ya.  Well is it in decent shape ? Was the bike sitting,  and most importantly when you rebuilt the carb did you inspect the rubber diaphragm for any punctures or damage and is it seated properly ?  There is a tab that aligns the rubber on the carburetor. Also the airways in the carb are super important are they all clear ? It may need a good soaking.  Whenever I have a difficult carb I soak it in a gunk bin that you can buy at any auto parts store. It has a basket in the tank etc take a look I attached a pic. Maybe break it down really good again and soak the heck out of it and blow out all the passages again with a compressor. It’s worth a shot then a new carb $$. And the cleaning solution is reusable for future parts so it’s worth the investment. Also double check that rubber diaphragm and that the parts holding that main needle down in the diaphragm under the spring are in place there should be a washer then a clip that clips onto the main needle and then another washer that the spring sits on top holding the needle down. If this is not correct the needle jumps up allowing fuel to flow into the carburetor unregulated causing a rev up.

Hope this helps

It’s posable a new diaphragm may be needed but not if it’s in good shape. Double check that needle also make sure all the washers and clips are properly in place. That needle also should have some wiggle room when it’s Installed properly.  That carb works on a CV “constant volocity” so you have to make sure that the airways are clear. I’ve attached a link for your use and I encourage everyone that’s viewing this post to watch. It shows exactly how a CV carb works. Thus allowing you to look at what could be blocked or wrong. But just the general knowledge is great.

I am working on a friends 2006 Suzuki LT-Z50 that they purchased not running. I took apart the carb to rebuild it and someone had already been in there... They really destroyed the Air/Fuel Mixture opening in the body of the carb.. It is in no way repairable.
I have not been able to find an aftermarket carb to fit this model.
Does anyone know if an aftermarket carb is available?
      Thanks for any help.

      Hello all
I am looking for some suggestions what to apply to the camouflage body on a 2019 Yamaha Kodiak 700 eps to keep the mud from sticking. We have a lot of alkali white dirt that rusts metal
