I have found a defect in Outlander 450's where a stator 3 phase wire chafes between the frame and rear body module (plastic) at the fuel pump cap area.  Before you go crazy and open the engine cover up to replace the stator, check the 3 phase wires first.  The stators on these bikes are very well made.  The 3 phase wires between the regulator and stator, unfortunately, were not thoughtfully routed.  What happens is the wires chafe, and at least one loses all its insulation and rubs against the metal frame, shorting it out.  Hopefully this will save someone hundreds of dollars in stealership fees.

      Just some friendly advice on new tires. Check with your ATV dealer. 
      There are so many aftermarket sites, Revco, Royal Distributing, Partzilla, and on and on. Even with their “ big sales”, my local Canam dealer’s REGULAR price beat the tire prices of the 3rd party sellers! People often assume the Dealership will cost them more, but I found this not to be true!

      I am hooking up a speaker on the rear of bike and want to use a factory auxiliary switched plug and not have to cut into the factory wiring or add another switch. I have read a bunch of posts that say there should be an auxiliary 12V connector in the front and one in the rear. I found the one in the front when I hooked up my winch but cannot find any in the rear. I have seen some pictures showing one on the right side attached to the down tube behind the side cover, but there is nothing on my 2024. Can anyone confirm that there is a auxiliary 12V connector in the rear on the 2024 700 Xmr? If so, can you please tell me where it is (with a picture if possible)?

      Replaced stator now red reverse light stays on in all forward gears and when neutral light in on 
      When put in reverse the light goes out
      any ideas how to correct

      Hello everyone, I have a 92 honda trx350 I just picked up that has a bent section of the frame where the rear of the seat would clip into place. It almost looks like a tree or something heavy fell on it. Its a fairly deep bend, if that makes sense. It like a V instead of straight. What are peoples goto methods for straightening a section like that?

      Hey everyone,
      I’m having an issue with my 2021 Polaris Sportsman 570 – the engine keeps stalling after running for about 10–15 minutes. I’ve checked the air filter, spark plug, and fuel lines, but can’t seem to find the root of the problem. It starts up just fine, but then loses power suddenly.
      Has anyone experienced a similar issue with this model/year? Would appreciate any advice or troubleshooting tips you’ve tried that worked. Thanks in advance for your help!
