2004 Yamaha Warrior 350 No Spark

Trying to help a friend with his 2004 Yamaha warrior 350... It wasn’t getting a spark so we replaced the spark plug, cdi box and coil. Have tested the kill switch, checked fuse,  everything is good there. Monday (8-20-18) we installed a new stator and got spark, ran it around my trails for about half hour then put it up. Today (8-25-18) we went to go riding and it wouldn’t start, again getting no spark... can’t wrap our heads around what happened when we got spark back then a few days later nothing... any help would be greatly appreciated

If I was plug boot you would see "lightning tracks" on the boot it's self. My suggestion other than grounds as suggested previously (best way to check would be ohm meter from grounds of the cdi, coil, and engine case to battery negative post) would be to trace wires to the stator and make sure that there is not anything rubbed through especially where it goes through the case. Also I have had solder on the stator contacts get hot and degrade eventually coming appart especially with cheap stators.

P.s. also check ground of engine case while trying to start if stator shorts internally it will sometimes give alternating ground/positive as engine turns

Hello, im looking for some input on this situation i have. My 94 Mojave has no spark, and i have no idea what it is. Ive replaced/tested the magneto, the pickup coil, cdi, the ignition coil. Even the key and Killswitch. I haven't tested the harness its self, but i have tried another harness and still nothing. The only thing i can think of is the fly wheel itself. I have found a lot of metal shavings in the fly wheel and have cleaned it the best I could. But nothing happened afterwards. I am truly stumped here and hoping some of yous could shed some knowledge/ideas that could help get this thing to fire.

I see quite a few ads for that  Tribotex additive. It's kind of expensive, has anyone used it it their ATV or any other vehicle?

      Hey I have a 1997 big bear 350 4x4
I replaced the shifter shaft and the shift arm linkage and the rod when I installed them all I was unaware that you had to line the dot on the shifter shaft with the gap on the linkage arm gap put it all back  together and rode it I can't get it to shift in the right gears  I can move the shift cam by hand and goes in different gears but with the shifter shaft in it riding I can't put it in R or N
Anyone know how to line up the shifter shaft and the shift cam s
