2009 Arctic Cat 90 not going into gear

The bike will go into gear after monkeying with the shift lever but then it's slow to engage. Feels like the clutch is weak. I've pulled the belt cover off and belt looks fine. Should i pull the sheave and regrease roller weights? change Trans fluid? Anyone had this issue?

Ive never worked on the 90cc bikes, usually there is no separate transmission fluid. The oil does both jobs. The service manual is posted in a thread above so check that first.

If there is no transmission fluid, what it sounds like happened is the oil is not wet clutch compatible and will cause those symptoms.

      2002 Polaris 400 Sportsman Shift Indicator Issues

      I'm working on a 2002 Polaris Sportsman 400 with shift indicator problems. The indicator panel only will show Neutral and Reverse. If it's in High or Low, the indicator will show "R".
      I have replaced the three position indicator switch on the transmission. There is also a two position switch on the tranny that I didn't replace. If anyone is familiar with this problem, please let me know what I need to do. Any help is greatly appreciated!

      Just picked up a 2025 Yamaha Kodiak 700 fixing to do a EPI Clutch mod to it since I dropped bigger tires on it !! Air box , exhaust , and programmer next !

      2006 LT-F400F stator/generator cover change: What is the best way to check that all is good with the transfer operation before reassembling?

      I have replaced the cracked stator cover on my non-running 2006 LT-F400F that I purchased recently, checked all the shafts vs the service manual and pics and advice here.  I replaced missing gears, bushings and washers, made sure that truth marks were all aligned properly, that the shift cam springs felt like they returned properly, etc.  IAfter installing the new stator cover I checked the transfer lever for proper movement from L-H-R and then cranked it up.  Happily, it runs and changes gears well in L,  but it will not shift into H or R for anything.  I have opened it back up and am going back through it looking for the missing puzzle piece(s) but how can I best check that I have everything right this time before buttoning it back up?

      Does anyone know if they're interchangeable?  I have a 2002 TRX20TE and 2007 TRX250TE, so getting to a set of common engine parts would be ideal.

      honda2004 trx 350 wont turn over after turning off

      After turning off engine in neutral  starter wont engage If I rock unit back and forth it engages Getting progressive worse.
