I ride Browns Camp in the Tillamook State Forest in Oregon. The snow really stuck around a long time this year. Theres still a little at the higher elevations. Last year it was gone in March.

Just adds some fun to the riding . Mother Nature changes, the only thing you can do is go with the flow and enjoy. Ride free, have a blast! Snow, mud, and ice is a blast to ride on. Spring is a blast. Because everything goes from dead to green everywhere. Really a neat scenary change.

Nice videos! I was born and raised in Vegas so Im not sure how well I would do with all the snow. lol
Snow gives you two options be going or be stuck. Plus sliding around is fun too.

The mountains in Colorado are still buried in lots and lots of snow. I don't think most of the REAL good trails will be open until june, maybe July. I can go to the lower elevations and still ride. Anything above 8000 is screwed for a while. That's where all the best trails are.

I went to MA yesterday. Some parts that are normally wet (puddles) were completely dry and the actual mud pits were full. Other than that, normal...trails were wet because the last 2 weeks were very rainy. I liked it a lot, but it makes me crave mud tires :drool5c:

Has anyone had a suzuki 230 quad lock the engine up?  Its a well maintained bike, it locked up when my son was riding it. Pulled the plug, it has connected with the piston. I'm thinking the con rod let go.  I don't have a service manual.  Does the engine need to come out to check further?

I am new to this site. I have a 1987 Suzuki LT230S Quadsport I think. Is there a difference between quadsport and quadrunner?

I like to ride in wooded and grassy areas. It takes my mind off the everyday routines and helps me deal with my father's cancer. Also gives me a reason to get involved with forums like this one.

Hello all! I’m new to the 4 wheeler world, but not new to the mechanic world. I was a diesel mechanic for many years and last year got into jet skis. I just bought a 1987 Yamaha moto 4 350 and now learning the ins and outs of 2 stroke engines. Looking forward to learning all the things.
