best (and cheapest) tire for my needs

Recommended Posts

Do you want polished rims or black, There are other brands just as good as Douglas but cheaper. I would recommend some ITPs.

For the Rear.

For the front

The prices listed are for 2 tires mounted.

That would be about 350 bucks for 4 tires and rims. Free shipping

I agree with Bot, for the "cheap" but good tire, Kenda Klaw's are it...one of our buddies that races harescrambles swears by them...

We run ITP's all around...this year I had the GNCC's in the front and HD's in the back, Nick had GNCC's all the way around...he had Razr2's at the beginning of the season and couldn't get them to hold air so now they're a back up tire....

We're in the process of getting sponsorship for new tires with ITP for next season :) :)

This is a review I found.

We have now been running the Kenda tires on project Raptor for about three months. We have primarily been running the Klaws and have completed two desert races on them. The only failure has been one right front tire where we tore a sidewall. It would be nice to have a 6-ply sidewall available in the front but it is hard to put all the blame on Kenda, since the sidewall was torn when we crashed and flipped the Raptor over backward into a desert gully. The wear has been excellent and the tires are still in very good condition. We have been very happy with the Kenda tires on Project Raptor. It appears Kenda has done their homework and has a tire that can compete with some of the longer standing tires like ITP and Maxxis. Make sure to look closely at the Kenda brand when you are ready for your next set of tires.

Sorry I suck at these forums so if you see this submitted under update status, my bad. Anyhow this is a new shock for a 96 Yamaha Kodiak 400 4x4 it fits my 96 Yamaha Timberwolf 250 4x4 perfectly. Little narrower are the bottom than the original but everything else is perfect. I extended it to almost a half in from full extension because I’m pushing 350 pounds.  It rides and hold me well. So if any of y'allRace driven shock. have been looking for one and didn’t want to do the research here it is.

I have been exploring all the options available, so many, its hard to choose. I have kind of narrowed it down to the Honda Pilot, Subaru Outback, and Kind of looking at the Outlander, although its a little small,  the new one is nice looking. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations or gripes with any of these rides. I have driven Jeeps for the past 25  years and they have been great, but their price point has gotten to high. Expieriences good or bad would be helpful. Thanks!

Just thought I'd start a new thread for newbies to the site!
If you're new here, tell us who you are, where you're from and what you ride!!!
Lets get to know each other a little better shall we?
I'm not new to the site, obviously, but...
I'm Kristin from Denver!!! I ride a 2008 Yamaha Rhino. She's my muddy baby!!!!!! Several aftermarket parts on her. She's good to me! We try and ride every weekend. This weekend we're off to MOAB! :woot:

Hello guys, I hope I am not invading your space, but as you can see the current state of my project here it's not but about 50% ATV. I am hoping that some one here can point me to a wiring schematic that I can reference since the "Complete wiring harness" i purchased from Amazon did not include a diagram of any kind.

The ones that I am finding on line vary greatly but none show the connections for the separate 5 wire connector coming from the motor.

Can someone tell me where these wires go?

Thanks in advance for all help!
