I have a 2007 king quad 700. On the last ride I went on after about 2 to 3 hours of riding.

It's start to spit and sputter and would not run right had to in up getting towed back to the truck. When we got back it started right up and ran fine but I haven't been back on a ride since. Just wondering if anyone had the same problem or would know what to do to fix it..thanks

Welcome to QUADCRAZY! A couple of questions....

Did you engage Diff Lock or 4WD and maybe it did not fully disengage?

Dd you go through any water?

I have been working the bugs out of one of our 2013 Grizzly 700's. I like the power steering more than I thought I would. The electric front diff lock is nice. Fuel injection is adequate even if a little doggy and to me harder starting. Ground clearance is nice.
But dang these things ride like a hay rack. I usually run down around 5psi tire pressure. Have the shocks set as soft as they will go and these things still beat me to death.
Have a 2004 kodiak that isn't much better but then it is not as fancy. I expected better.
Got the handle bars down so they are not yanking my arms out of my shoulder sockets on every bump but still. Disappointed.

I am unable to find a wiring diagram for this UTV.  When I turn the switch to on, the contractor does not engage.  The Brake pressure switch and the parking brake switches work correctly. What else should I be looking for?  All of the diagrams I have found are for newer models and the wire color coding is different.

      Thanks

Just getting into this issue really. Been replacing solenoids but now I'd like to track down the problem. This time I'm not getting neutral/reverse lights or start button. Was on a creek ride when it started doing this recently. It cranks by arcing the solenoid and gives me no light or start button but if I crank with the pull cord....the neutral light and the button work. Turn it off and try to crank with the key and nothing. I'm looking into the safety switch issue tomorrow and re charging the battery. Just figured this was odd enough of a problem that you guys might be familiar. Thanks

Just picked up an 84 LT185 ATV, I understand there was an accessory add  on that gave it electric start, anyone have any info about that kit?
