Okay so i had a little problem with fuses getting blown and i took the entire harness off and found nothing, checked every single wire and nothing was wrong, then i put it back on and everything was working fine for about 2 months until the other day, i dont think the weather had anything to do with it because i hardly got to ride it and it just quit and keeps blowing fuses, as soon as i get this fixed im selling it. so any ideas guys?

no the starter doesnt click and its the fuse near the back of the quad twords the battery, i think ive found the problem, the group of wires that has run/start and the lights on it may be the culprit

Glad to hear that, keep us posted. I hope that solves your issue.

Hisun 700 EFI. Replaced TMAP sensor had broken off . Fuel pump pressure 41psi. The only way I can keep it running (and runs fine) is to close off fuel return line.

I am trying to diagnose a no spark issue with my 02 Big Bear 400 and I am really hoping it is not a CDI.  I have done the test on the stator and I believe that is faulty.  I ordered a new aftermarket one from a the jungle website and it tested bad right out of the box so I am waiting for a different one to arrive from an ATV parts supplier.  I started looking out of curiosity at CDI units and it seems if it is for a big bear you are SOL.  Kodiaks, no problem.  Big Bear. No such luck.

This thing came with a cheap aftermarket carb on it the problem I'm having is it won't start with choke installed into carburetor it will start and get run without it installed then bogs out after about 2 min run time I've checked timing , compression, checked valves for proper clearance , also did a smoke test for air leaks found none.

I've got a 1995 220 Bayou and the electric start does not work.  When I got it the machine was pretty rough but I was told it ran less than a year ago.  The key switch had been cut off and wires  twisted after the key was lost.  I bought a new ignition switch and repaired the wiring and it is working correctly.  It is in neutral and the neutral light is on when the key is turned on but I get nothing when pressing the start button.  I verified there is no voltage going to the starter from the solenoid.  The fuse in the solenoid is good.  Something I found that is odd is that I get positive voltage(12 volts) to the brown, black, and white wires that run into the solenoid when the key is on.  That doesn't make sense to me but I could be wrong.  I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you in advance.
