Cycle Accessories Outlet

Recommended Posts

Hello!

My name is Kim and I manage a store in Las Vegas called Cycle Accessories Outlet. We carry a wide range of helmets, boots, gear bags, and other apparel items at outlet prices. Everything in the store is marked at retail and when you get to the register you take 50% off the marked tag. If you have ever been to a Ross/TJmax/Costco it is kind of like that. We carry primarily apparel with a few parts. There are always new items coming in so feel free to give us a call or email or even come by the store and check it out! However, because we are an outlet store, if you come by and see something you like you might want to grab it because it might not be here tomorrow and that would be:cry: . On the other hand if you didn't see what you were looking for, keep checking in...For instance we had a guy in here looking for a arai helmet, waiting and waiting and one day it came in and he got this $500 helmet for $250. On the other hand we had another guy come in and look at our tech 8's that after discount were $180, he decided to wait and come back later and they were gone and he was pretty  ...

If you have any questions feel free to contact us and thanks for looking

-Kim

Our website is www.50offgear.com

It is not perfect yet, so please be patient, we are still trying to work out some kinks in it.

The inventory online isn't the same as what is in the store, trying to figure that one out to. but what is listed you can buy online...

sorry, but call if you have questions and you can buy over the phone if neccessary.

Ahh, the joys of opening a new store!

Yeah. You could be right. We went in there once when it first opened and then another when we wanted to get new helmets about a month or two ago. Didnt find anything either time though.

It can be kind of hit and miss sometimes...We got in 12 oneal helmets the other day, retailing at 89.99 and then half off, and we have like 2 left so...we are expecting a rather large fox shipment any day now, so that should be really big for us. We are really low on inventory right now though...I will post up when we get the fox shipment:smile:

Well, we thought we would try the store again. So we went in there today to look for a new outfit for my husband. Didnt find anything. As we were leaving the truck came with the Fox stuff so I didnt get to see any of it. I would have to say though that the people there are really nice. So thats a thumbs up.

Heres my story. Kinda long. I guess I was a late bloomer when it comes to quads. I had never ridden a quad in my life. Rode Dirt Bikes as a kid growing up. Back in Oct of '06 I found a Mustang on craigslist. Took it for a test drive one morning before work. Fast car. 351 Cleveland. I had planned on meeting the guy again after work. For some strange reason thats still to this day beyond me, I stopped in Hillsboro MotoSports on the way home from work. I had 6 Grand on me. There was a left over '05 sitting by the front door. It was on sale for $4999. It was $5499 OTD. I didnt even look at anything else. I knew nothing about quads accept I thought it really looked coool and I had the money in my pocket to buy it. I was sitting on it when the salesman walked up and asked... "Can I help you?" Without hestitation I pulled 60 Ben Franklins outta my front pocket and said "I want this Quad. Load it up in my truck." It was just about dark by the time I drove away from the shop. BTW, I didnt bother to ask my ol lady if I could buy it. LOL. Anyway, I took it by the house and showed her. She was kinda stunned but not mad. We drove over to a friend of mines house and unloaded it. I took it to the field across the street from his house. HOLY CHIT!!!!! I was surprised by the power. I had it for about 2 weeks and took it to Sand Lake. I was there a few hours and rolled it on a banked turn at the top of the bowl right before you get to the one-ways. When it rolled, I flew off and landed on my belly. The quad came bouncing and landed on my back. For a month I couldnt even walk. I was scared of it. I considered trading it for a 250EX. Went back to the shop. The salesman said..."Dude!!! You dont want a 250EX!!! Trust me. Just get used to it" I still wasnt convinced. I put it on craigslist for $4000. Calls were coming in. I had a guy that wanted to come look at it that evening. I decided to take it for one last ride at Browns Camp before I sold it. I was still afraid of it. After about 5 minutes I started feeling comfortable on it again. I decided right then, I loved my Honda 450 and would learn how to ride it instead of selling it. That was late Nov of '06. Work was slow for a Painter in Oregon. My new job everyday? Going to Browns Camp and ridding my Quad. I bought my Girl Friend an '02 Blaster. I rode my 450 for 4-6 hours almost every single day for 3 months. And yes, I know my way around Browns Camp pretty well. LOL. In March I bought her an '06 TRX250EX (Thank God I didnt trade my 450 for one of those) LOL Since then, I have become totally addicted to quads. I love them. Couldnt imagine not owning at least one quad. Luckily I have two. My "07 was $6500 OTD in July of '07. Bought it for my Girlfriend. Traded in her 250 EX. A month later we broke up. So, I wound up with two Honda 450's.

I have to replace all 4, how much is involved?  Will they slide out of the front yoke? Or, do the boots just slide over the wheel end?

Hey guys, I’m new to the forum. What I got is a 2001 Yamaha Bear Tracker 250, got it as a project on trade and the problem I’m dealing with is a “no spark” problem and been trying to hunt down the cause for two weeks. I’ve replaced the stator, pick up coil, CDI, wiring harness, ignition, coil pack, spark plug, solenoid, battery, etc. and I’m still not getting any luck. Even tried bypassing the kill switch. I also noticed two things on this quad, another CDI under the back plastic by the voltage regulator, and a blue and green wire coming from the motor behind  the foot shift, tried to hook it up but it broke off and I’m thinking the broken wire would cause it to have no spark, if not then I need someone’s help on this and wanna see if I can get spark again. If anyone knows why I have this problem, the help would be greatly appreciated.

polaris 2008 50 outlaw automatic: got the 50 for free. would only run with chock on, replaced the carburator with new. I can't get the unit to an idle where the machine doesn't move forward. if I do get it to idle down within a few moments it will die. got something to try?

I bought a 220 for my daughter and after riding for while it cut off and wouldn't start back up. Found the cam and rockers completely destroyed. When I replaced the head and got it running I checked and had no oil pressure. Pulled the side cover and the oil pump was missing the plastic gear. There were no pieces in the anywhere to be found. The side cover didn't look like it had been off in a long time. I wonder how long this thing was run without an oil pump. Put a new pump on it and its been running great.
