2007 Suzuki King Quad Gas Leak

Hello having problems for a gas leak on my 07 king quad where gas is running slowly by my left foot checked the hose that runs from the tank and all looks well and only happens when I fill it and yes I don't over fill it, my dealer couldn't find the problems as well any suggestions? Thanks

No I haven't is it connected with a hose by the tank if so what the way to check it? Thanks

Yes, see if it is leaking. It's thevalve that turns the fuel off, on, and reserve.

check the seal in the cap? Check for vent or overflow lines leaking?

Yeah ok but mine doesn't have the option of turning on/ off the gas and it is leaking out of one the lines on top of tank but the tank is not really full and it does this very freaking odd thanks for the replys guys I will check it out on the weekend and see what I can find!!!

I don't think any EFI machines use a petcock, I know my LT-R doesn't have one. So you only notice the leaking when you fill the tank? Does it only leak once you fill it past a certain point? I would take all the plastic off the top and fill the tank up while you can see all the hoses.

Maybe check then clamps on the lines themselves? If they're rubber tubes.

Good point, I was thinking of my grizzly and forgot that this machine is fuel injected. I should know that because I owned one...
