Well I turned on the news this morning and we have a severe chance of a tornado in the franklin county:elvis:. If so, it would be the first tornado i've ever witnessed in new england.

Anyways... If I don't come on tonight to check my subbed threads then you know that I'm a goner:no:

there are tornadoes hitting everywhere. The area I live had warnings all last we I actually just missed one on the road. I was 5 minutes ahead of it touching down, have some video of the hail and stuff though.

yep, glad you're ok also. It must be scary. 2 tornadoes hit not far from Boston Mass. yesterday. That's about 3 hours from us, there was a tornado watch through the northeast until 8 pm yesterday.

Yeah I live 15 minutes from springfield and I know people that were locked in their basements for a while yesterday

      Hi guys, I was given a 2000 Honda Recon fourtrax 250 (I think that's the full name lol). The previous owner had it sitting for a while before I got it. It sat for another few years in my ownership. I got it up and going on its first test drive today!! I was wondering where everyone buys their parts from?  Coming from the car community, we have sites like RockAuto and many more. Anything like that for quads? Also would like to be pointed in a direction, if possible, for plastics. I am missing a few and would like to have it complete. I appreciate any input!

      Just some friendly advice on new tires. Check with your ATV dealer. 
      There are so many aftermarket sites, Revco, Royal Distributing, Partzilla, and on and on. Even with their “ big sales”, my local Canam dealer’s REGULAR price beat the tire prices of the 3rd party sellers! People often assume the Dealership will cost them more, but I found this not to be true!

      2006 LT-F400F stator/generator cover change: What is the best way to check that all is good with the transfer operation before reassembling?

      I have replaced the cracked stator cover on my non-running 2006 LT-F400F that I purchased recently, checked all the shafts vs the service manual and pics and advice here.  I replaced missing gears, bushings and washers, made sure that truth marks were all aligned properly, that the shift cam springs felt like they returned properly, etc.  IAfter installing the new stator cover I checked the transfer lever for proper movement from L-H-R and then cranked it up.  Happily, it runs and changes gears well in L,  but it will not shift into H or R for anything.  I have opened it back up and am going back through it looking for the missing puzzle piece(s) but how can I best check that I have everything right this time before buttoning it back up?
