I have them for 2007 but I will keep my eyes open for 2006 the wire colors may change from year to year. What kind of problems are you having I can give you some pointers on what to check. 99% of the time the wires have worn through under the back plastics where they wrap around the frame from the fuse box or where they travel down the steering column from the pod right by the metal clip.

I will post the 2007 Diagrams if they were not already.

The size of the JPG might be too small to see everything. The site that has the diagrams is here.

"K&T Parts House Lawn Mower Parts and Chain Saw & Trimmer Parts"

The 4th file down (note large file) is the schematics. Best bet is to make a large print of it to follow it better while you wrench the quad. Here is what you do.

Download the large PDF, open it in adobe reader, find the diagram you need.

Right click on it, select "copy image" then open paint and paste it in, save as a JPG.

Now to read it properly it needs to be printed on multiple pages. Go to this site.

posteriza.com - Home

Download Posteriza (its free) Now you can open the JPG and print it on 4 sheets of paper and do an old fashioned cut & tape and you will then have a nice large print of your schematic.

Hi guys, I have a 2004 big bear 400. Last winter while plowing the driveway, I heard a loud pop from the left side of the engine. It continued to run as I looked for leaky fluid, but then died shortly after backing it up and won’t start now. The oil light comes on when I try to start it, no noise or anything else.
No blown fuses that I can find.

I just bought a 1984 Suzuki LT185 ATV and am looking for the OWNER’S manual. ( not a service manual)
I contacted Suzuki Canada but they have no paper or digital copies in their archives.
Does anyone possibly have a digital copy they’d be willing to share?
