Hey everybody looking to upgrade my 400EX I just got. It is stock so Im looking to upgrade for better power and durability. Never had a quad or a 4 stroke so it is a learning experience for me. I am mechanically enclined so I can do it just looking for pointers, dont want to throw my money in the trash trying to figure out he best combo. Also want to get some rims and tires like the black rims but want to know a good set of tires. I ride the desert mostly so, also want to get some sick graphics. Ive seen some on the internet just wondering what everybody else has gone through. Any info would be appreciated thanks guys.

Please, whatever you do if you do any jumping or are an aggressive rider DONT get fullflight a-arms, i really haven't heard anything good about them, and at least half of the things i read about them say they are pretty bad.

      Hi everyone and thanks for reading. 
      My husband and me are getting ready to host the 2nd Quad Runners event at our nudist campground. The first one (last year) went pretty well with about 20 quads attending and have to say, it was a smaller group, but they made up for their size with the large interest in partying and there was plenty of nudity as the Saturday night went on. 
      We have decided to host another one this summer, but we are looking for some fun (but safe) riding events. Our grounds are almost all flat and remember we are a nudist campground so many of us are bare as* naked so "slow ride" events would be the best. 
      Give us your thoughts and ideas and feel free to ask us anything you would like, and we will answer right here in the thread. 
      Thanks for your help and ride safe. 
      BTW, let us know what "anything goes" means for this thread section.

      Looking for Quadrunner Flywheel Starter Clutch Gear race diameter

      Hi all, 

      I am wondering if any of you have a Clutch Starter gear from a 1988 era quadrunner 250 sitting around that you could get me a precise measurement of the outer diameter of the race the sprag engages onto, for me? I need to machine a damaged race down and install a hardened sleeve and need that measurement (it's on a different gear than the OEM one, so I can't buy and use a OEM gear).

      Hi guys, I was given a 2000 Honda Recon fourtrax 250 (I think that's the full name lol). The previous owner had it sitting for a while before I got it. It sat for another few years in my ownership. I got it up and going on its first test drive today!! I was wondering where everyone buys their parts from?  Coming from the car community, we have sites like RockAuto and many more. Anything like that for quads? Also would like to be pointed in a direction, if possible, for plastics. I am missing a few and would like to have it complete. I appreciate any input!

      I was looking to buy a new ATV. 
      I was debating between Polaris sportsman 450 and Honda rancher.
      Polaris it a bit cheaper.
      But can you tell me which one will have more demand on the used market? Which one will keep it's value better?
       
      Let's say 3-5 years from now.

      1990 fourtrax 300 no power no lights

      I have a 1990 Honda fourtrax 300 2x4
      I rode the other day for 30-45 min. Switched it off and now it is completely dead..
      battery is fully charged, fuses are good . WILL NOT TURN OVER ,
      headlights won't turn on , No neutral, reverse or oil temp lights . Electrically it is completely dead !!! I replaced the key switch and CDI box , STILL NOTHING.
      I bypassed the neutral safety switch and grounded it to the battery and still nothing !! I used a jumper wire on the starter Solenoid , the motor will turn over but not start . I even bypassed both fuses and straight wired it to see if I could get a neutral light or headlights still nothing . What could it be ?
